Tesla currently lives in Duluth, MN, with her son, fiancé, and two beloved pets: Senna Vienna Isabella Buckley and Mrs. Kitty Foreman. Hailing from Southern Wisconsin, she has traveled across the country but considers Duluth to be the best place she has ever called home.

Since relocating to Duluth in 2018, she has actively participated in various local organizations, including the Duluth Dolls, Kitchi Gammi Club, Homegrown Music Festival, and the Rookie Basketball Association.

With a background in hospitality and administrative services, Tesla has cultivated a strong commitment to serving her community.

As a neurodivergent individual, she has gained insight into how to harness her unique skills, allowing her brain to work in harmony with her. This inspired her to start her business, aimed at sharing the tips and tricks she has learned to assist others.

  • ADHD body doubling is a practice where a person with ADHD does potentially frustrating or boring tasks in the presence of someone else. This other person is the “body double” for the person with ADHD.

    The body double’s job is to help anchor the person with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) to the present moment, reducing the risk of distraction. This practice emerged in self-help literature as a strategy for ADHD self-management.

    There is no recent research testing the effectiveness of body doubling. However, anecdotal evidence from people with ADHD suggests that they find it helpful for maintaining focus or reducing restlessness.


  • This is taking the concept of body doubling a step further by assisting you with a project or tackling one project while you do another. Having someone with you helps with concentration and motivation.

  • I’m based out of Duluth and accept clients from Cloquet to the Quad Cities.

  • For cleanings, I’ll need electricity and running water. I appreciate a comfortable environment.

  • You do not need to be home but it is very helpful for the initial cleaning. As long as you communicate with me beforehand and ensure I have a way to enter, there is no need to be home.

  • I can accept cash, check, Venmo, Paypal and Zelle. We will be able to accept all cards soon.

  • I will make every effort to reschedule with you for as soon as possible, please let me know right away via text or call.

  • I highly recommend setting a schedule to ensure regular cleanings. These can be weekly up to every 6 months.
